WI-ACE Principles of Professional Conduct / Privacy of Membership Information

Wisconsin-Association of Colleges and Employers, Inc. (WI-ACE) is a professional development and networking association. Membership directory information is only accessible to members and is provided for their personal professional use only.  Therefore, WI-ACE forbids the access to/dissemination of membership contact information to non-members without express permission from the Board of Directors.  Members may not use the information contained in the directory to conduct any commercial or non-commercial solicitation or sales of products, merchandise or services.  Members must also agree that they will not share log in and password information for the WI-ACE Web site with any non-member. WI-ACE may distribute information from members and partnering associations concerning services, events, and opportunities to its membership.

WI-ACE prohibits the use of the organization’s name to promote products or services without the expressed written consent of the Board of Directors.  However, WI-ACE members may indicate that they are members of the association.

Failure to adhere to these Principles of Professional Conduct may result in revocation of membership by the Board of Directors.
